  I bought a 2 piece couch from Rooms Unlimited. It was supposed to be delivered in 12 weeks, It took approx 17 weeks to arrive. I was given a delivery time of 3pm to7pm. Then delivery truck arrived at 10pm. That was crazy. I sent them home with out delivering the couch. I did not want tired men at 10pm bring a couch in my home. The couch had to be lifted over a railing. After an argument the next morning with the store manager, the couch was delivered the next day around 3pm. After inspecting the couch we found numerous problems. The biggest problem was the 2 pieces were not the same height. Also wrong was some marks on the couch material, poor sewing of seems. This was written down on the delivery receipt. I called the store the next day to advise them of the problem. They said they would send someone down. After approx 4 weeks nobody came down. I called the store again and spoke to a manager--I was told they would get somebody down. Short time later a man came down --looked at couch and left. Approx 4 weeks more and i again did not here from the store about a resolve of the problems. I finally reached the gm a man by the name of FRED. He said he was sorry and wood look into it. Guess what never heard by from FRED. I WAS WARNED BY MY DAUGHTER NOT TO BUY FROM ROOMS UNLIMITED BUT I DID NOT LISTED. BOY WAS SHE RIGHT. BUY THE WAY, I WAS TOLD BY ONE OF THE MANAGERS (NOT FRED) THAT IT IS ACCEPTABLE FOR THE 2 PIECES OF A COUCH NOT TO BE OF THE SAME EXACT HEIGHT. MY DIFFERENCE IS ABOUT 1 INCH.
