  On their wall there is a list of the kinds of tints they offer. For the "Economy", it says something like "starting at ......." where a price of about $150 is given. I chose this thinking that would be the price I would be charged. When the work was done, I was shocked to find that I was charged about $270. When I inquired they said it's because it's a four door car, and the listed price of $150 was for two doors. No one mentioned this to me before the work started, and if it was I would not have given the OK to go ahead. Well, the work was done, for a price that I did not want for, and there was no way to go back. Rather than have an argument and waste my valuable time I paid and left. Always get a written quote for the specific work that is to be done on your vehicle. Although I am partly at fault for not requesting this, I think, as professionals who do this everyday, they should have given me a quote without me asking. IF they were honest that is. I feel like I was cheated out of my money. EDIT: Kurt and I talked over the phone and we agree that there was some confusion about the price, but I stand by my statement that the cost was not clearly explained to me, and not having a clear number I went on what was written on their wall. He offered me a $50 gift card for their shop and asked me to withdraw the review. Although I'm not going to take the offer, because he offered and because he bothered to contact me back, I'm going to upgrade the review to a three star. Giving every customer a written quote in advance would stop them from getting confused in the future. During the call he mentioned that he has my address and he knows where I live, and was going to come see me to resolve the issue. This sounded like a threat and was a little annoying. But I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt and assume that it was just poor choice of words and he meant everything in good faith. UPDATE: Kurt left a message explaining cordially that he did not mean any threat. I apologize for my part in thinking it was one. I hope the matter is now closed and suggest we don't waste any more of our time on this.

  I went there not knowing how I wanted to have emergency lights hooked up. Being a volunteer firefighter, I pull over and assist the public and respond to the firehouse in my own car. Eddie and his colleagues at Tint World took the time to recommend the best lights and design for me. They were very professional and catered to every detail that the job required. I would recommend tint world hands down to all of my fellow firemen and EMS personnel looking for that awesome and affordable light hook up, head over to Tint World and ask for Edwin, Kurt, or Kevin and they will gladly give you the same exceptional service!!!
