  I was having some storage issues with my phone and went into the new Medford location. Austin was extremely helpful, competent and genuine. He did not make me feel rushed and explained everything in laymen terms, which I greatly appreciated. He was able to help me resolve my problem and was easy to talk to. Usually going into a store like this takes so much time and energy, but he made the process super easy! I had to wait until after work and it was amazing that they were open after 7! Will definitely go back for any phone needs!
